You can create new  ${ColorSpecification.Name} elements or can select from existing elements.

How to create a new  ${ColorSpecification.Name}

1. Mouse-over ${Actions} and select ${New}  ${ColorSpecification.Name}. Enter the details in the table. 

NOTE: The editable fields are indicated by a small grey triangle displayed in the right-hand top corner of the cell. 

How to select from Elements

1. Click on the Select Elements link. In the Select Elements dialog box, select the ${ColorSpecification.Plural} and click on ${Save}.   
2. To execute the icons in the ${Actions} column refer Generic Features. 
3. Click on the Move link to move the ${ColorSpecification.Name} to a different ${ColorSpecification.Name} Library. 
4. In the Move dialog box, select the ${ColorSpecification.Name} Library you want this ${ColorSpecification.Name} to be moved to and click on ${Save}.
