On this tab, you can view the properties of the selected Inspection Spec Data Sheet, and also can add line items that are available on the Home > Specification > Spec Items tab.

NOTE: Only those Spec Items which are enabled for the attribute Inspection Relevant, are available in the Line Items section.

SECTION: PROPERTIES

The following attributes are displayed in the Default view:

• Inspection Spec Data Sheet: Displays the name of the Inspection Spec Data Sheet.
• Subtype:  Displays the subtype of the Spec Data Sheet.
• Revision Name: Displays the latest revision name of the Spec Data Sheet.
• State: Displays the latest state of the Spec Data Sheet.

How to add a New from Spec Item

1. From the Inspection Spec Row column, mouse-over Actions, and then select New from Spec Item. The New from Spec Item dialog box is displayed.
2. In the New from Spec Item dialog box, select the check boxes corresponding to the required Spec Items, and then click on Save.
3. The selected Spec Items are added to the Inspection Spec Row table, with the blank values present in the Inspection Spec Row column.
4. In the Inspection Spec Row column, enter a name for the added Spec Items.

How to create a New Inspection Spec Row

1. From the Inspection Spec Row column, mouse-over Actions, and then select New Inspection Spec Row. An empty row is added to the Inspection Spec Row table.
2. In the Inspection Spec Row table, enter details for the following columns:
   • Inspection Spec Row: Enter a name for the new Inspection Spec Row.
   • Code: Enter a code name for the Inspection Spec Row.
   • Description: Enter a brief description for the Inspection Spec Row.
3. Follow step 1 through step 2 to create an additional Inspection Spec Rows. 

The following attributes are displayed in the Default view:

• Inspection Spec Row: Displays the name of the Inspection Spec Row.
• Spec Row Name: Displays the name of the Spec Item.
• Code: Displays the code name of the Spec Item.
• Description: Displays a brief description of the Spec Item.
• Images: Displays the images of the Spec Item.
• Actions: This column displays the Delete option and arrow keys to move up or down the line item multiple times. For detailed information, refer to Generic Features.

NOTE: The blank cell option initiates no action.

NOTE: The editable fields are displayed with a grey triangle in the lower-right corner of the cell.

NOTE: The commented fields are displayed with a red triangle in the upper-right corner of the cell.

NOTE: A new Spec Item or Inspection Spec Row can be added/created only when the related Inspection is present in the Draft state.

NOTE: Click on the Reset option present on the table toolbar, to update the properties of the selected Inspection Spec Data Sheet. The Reset option is enabled only in the Draft state of the Inspection.
