On this tab, you can view the Inspection Placements of the selected Inspection BOM. Also, you can add Materials that are available on the Style hierarchy > Style BOM > Placements tab. Additionally, a new Inspection Placements can be added to the selected Inspection BOM.
NOTE: Only those Placements which are enabled for the attribute Inspection Relevant, are available in the Inspection Placement table.
How to add a New from Material
- From the Inspection Placement column, mouse-over Actions, and then select New from Material. The New from Material dialog box is displayed.
- In the New from Material dialog box, select the check boxes corresponding to the required Materials, and then click on Save.
- The selected Materials are added to the Inspection Placement table, with the blank values present in the Inspection Placement column.
- In the Inspection Placement column, enter a name for the added Materials.
How to create a New Inspection Placement
- From the Inspection Placement column, mouse-over Actions, and then select New Inspection Placement. An empty row is added to the Inspection Placement table.
- In the Inspection Placement table, enter details for the following columns:
- Inspection Placement: Enter a name for the Inspection Placement.
- ID: Enter an ID for the Inspection Placement.
- Main Material: Select this check box if the corresponding Inspection Placement is the main material.
- Material Name: Enter a material name for the Inspection Placement.
- Material Code: Enter a material code name for the Inspection Placement.
- Follow step 1 through step 2 to create an additional Inspection Placements.
The following attributes are displayed in the Default view:
- Inspection Placement: Displays the name of the Inspection Placement.
- ID: Displays the ID of the Inspection Placement.
- Main Material: If this check box is selected, then the corresponding Inspection Placement is the main material.
- Material Name: Displays the material name of the Inspection Placement.
- Material Code: Displays the material code name of the Inspection Placement.
- Size (Common): Displays the default size of the Inspection Placement.
- Color (Common): Displays the default color of the Inspection Placement.
- Images: Displays the images related to the Inspection Placement.
- Plain Shirts: Displays the colorway name of the Inspection Style.
- Color: Displays the colorway name or the colored material name of the related Style.
- Images: Displays the images related to the colorway or colored material.
- Actions: This column displays the Delete option and arrow keys to move up or down the Inspection Placement multiple times. For detailed information, refer to Generic Features.
NOTE: The blank cell option initiates no action.
NOTE: The editable fields are displayed with a grey triangle in the lower-right corner of the cell.
NOTE: The commented fields are displayed with a red triangle in the upper-right corner of the cell.
NOTE: A new Material or Inspection Placement can be added/created only when the related Inspection is present in the Draft state.
NOTE: Click on the Reset option present on the table toolbar, to update the properties of the selected Inspection BOM. The Reset option is enabled only in the Draft state of the Inspection.
