On this tab, you can view the properties of the selected Inspection, and also can add Orders or Shipments to it.
SECTION: PROPERTIES
This section displays the properties of the selected Inspection.
The following attributes are displayed in the Default view:
- Inspection: Displays the name of the Inspection which can be edited/updated.
- Style Name: Displays the Style name that is qualified for the inspection.
- Supplier Name: Displays the Supplier name of the related inspection product.
- Sampling Plan: Displays the name of the selected Sampling Plan to perform the inspection.
- Sizes: Displays the applicable Sizes of the inspection product which can be selected/cleared.
- Reference Type: Displays the reference type of the inspection. The applicable reference types are Shipment or Order.
- State: Displays the present state of the selected Inspection which can be selected/cleared.
- Inspector: Displays the name of the assigned Quality Inspector which can be edited/updated.
- Template: Displays the selected Inspection Template.
- Inspection Security Group: Displays the selected Inspection Security Group which can be selected/cleared.
- Colorways: Displays the applicable colorways of the selected Inspection which can be selected/cleared.
SECTION: ORDERS
This section is used to add Supplier POs to the selected Inspection. This section is displayed only if the selected Inspection is created with the Reference Type as Order.
How to add Orders
- In the Inspection Order table, mouse-over Actions, and then select Add Orders. The Add Orders dialog box is displayed.
- In the Add Orders dialog box, select the check box corresponding to the required Supplier PO.
- Click on Save. The selected Supplier PO is added to the Inspection Order table.
The following attributes are displayed in the Default view:
- Inspection Order: Displays the name of the related Style SKU Order.
- Qty: Displays the quantity of the related inspection product.
- Supplier PO: Displays the name of the related Supplier PO.
- Supplier: Displays the name of the related Supplier.
- SKU: Displays the name of the related Style SKU.
- Product: Displays the name of the related Style.
- Product Color: Displays the name of the related Colorway.
- Size: Displays the applicable size information.
- Order Qty: Displays the order quantity of the related inspection product.
- Actions: This column provides the Delete option to delete the added Orders. For more details, refer to the section Generic Features.
SECTION: SHIPMENTS
This section is used to add Shipments to the selected Inspection. This section is displayed only if the selected Inspection is created with the Reference Type as Shipment.
How to add Shipments
- In the Inspection Shipment table, mouse-over Actions, and then select Add Shipments. The Add Shipments dialog box is displayed.
- In the Add Shipment dialog box, select the check box corresponding to the required Shipment.
- Click on Save. The selected Shipment is added to the Inspection Shipment table.
The following attributes are displayed in the Default view:
- Inspection Shipment: Displays the name of the related Style SKU Order.
- Qty: Displays the shipment order quantity of the inspection.
- Shipment: Displays the name of the Shipment.
- PO: Displays the name of the related Supplier PO.
- Product: Displays the name of the related Style.
- SKU: Displays the name of the related Style SKU.
- Order Qty: Displays the order quantity of the related inspection product.
- Shipment Order Qty: Displays the shipment quantity of the related inspection product.
- Balance: Displays the differences present between order quantity and shipment quantity.
- Actions: This column provides the Delete option to delete the added Shipments. For more details, refer to the section Generic Features.
NOTE: The blank cell option initiates no action.
NOTE: The editable fields are indicated with a grey triangle in the lower-right corner of the cell.
NOTE: The commented fields are displayed with a red triangle in the upper-right corner of the cell.
NOTE: All the attribute values displayed in this tab become read-only when the related Inspection is present in the Passed or Failed state.
NOTE: Click on the Reset All option present on the table toolbar, to collect the latest information of an Inspection Style. The Reset All option is enabled only in the Draft state of the Inspection.
