On this tab, you can view the list of Inspection Data Packages, which are available for a specific Style on the Style hierarchy > Specification > Summary tab.

NOTE: Only those Data Packages which are enabled for the attribute Inspection Relevant, are available on this tab.

The following attributes are displayed in the Default view:

• Inspection Data Package: Displays the name of the style for which the data packages are available.
• PDF: Displays the available data packages for the selected inspection style. Additionally, this column provides the following options through the context menu, to maintain the data packages efficiently.
  • Browse Files: This option replaces an existing file present in the PDF column with the new file.
  • Reset File: This option deletes the existing file present in the PDF column.
  • Edit Comment: This option is used to add comments to the PDF column.
  • Reset Comments: This option deletes the existing comments present in the PDF column.
• Actions: This column provides the Delete option, when the final inspection is present in the Draft state. For detailed information, refer to Generic Features.

NOTE: The blank cell option initiates no action.

NOTE: The editable fields are displayed with a grey triangle in the lower-right corner of the cell.

NOTE: The commented fields are displayed with a red triangle in the upper-right corner of the cell.

NOTE: Click on the Reset All option present on the table toolbar, to collect the latest information of an individual data packages. This option restores the inspection data packages as similar to the data packages, which are available on the Style hierarchy > Specification > Summary tab. Additionally, this option deletes File and Comment related changes from the PDF column, with the on-click action on the Reset All option. This option is enabled only in the Draft state of the Inspection.
