Using this tab, ${User.Plural} (with Administrator rights or Configuration Level users who have access to the Setup level tabs) can define ${Image.Name} share folders for ${Image.Name} management and storage.

IMPORTANT: Once a shared directory is added to the Shared Directories, it is recommended not to delete or rename the image files in the shared directories as this may result in broken image links and data loss.

How to add a Shared ${Image.Name} Directory

1. Mouse-over ${Actions} and select ${New} Folder .
2. In the New Folder dialog box, specify both the Folder and Path details and click on ${Save}.

Note: The path is relative to the application server. For example, "C:\Images" is the Images folder on the C: drive of the application server.

3. In the Path column, enter the path details.  Once the path details are specified, the Browse link is displayed in the ${Actions} column to check the results.
4. Click on the Browse link to view the Browse dialog box. The Folder section displays all the available folders in the specified path while the File section displays all the available files in the selected folder.

HINT: Use the Expand and Collapse first-level items in table icons to show or hide sub-folders.
