You can define ${Export} ${_CS_Job.Plural} here. Once defined, you can track the progress in ${_CS_Job.Name} Service.

NOTE: Only system-wide custom views are exportable. ${User.Name}-defined custom views cannot be exported.

To define Export ${_CS_Job.Plural}

  1. Mouse-over ${Actions} and select ${New} ${_CS_Job.Name} . A new row is created in the table.
  2. The following attributes are displayed in the Default view:
    • Job: Enter a job name for the new export job
    • Export Batches: Click anywhere within the cell and select one or more jobs to export in batches
    • Type: From the pre-defined list, select an option for the job.
    • Interval (sec): Enter the interval period in seconds between two export jobs
    • Execution Time: From the drop-down list, select a time for executing the export job
    • Due: Click anywhere within the cell and select the date and time when the export job is scheduled for execution
    • Started: The start time is recorded automatically from the system date and time
    • Progress: The progress of the job, in percentage, is reported automatically depending on the success or failure of the job. For example, 0% indicates that the job was not executed while 100% indicates that the scheduled export job was completed successfully.
    • Progress Info: Information regarding the progress of the job is displayed here depending on the progress of the job.
    • Ended: The end date and time is recorded automatically from the system date and time on completion of the export job.
    • Duration (min): The time taken for executing the scheduled export job is recorded here automatically.
    • State: The state of the export job is displayed here depending on the Progress of the job.
    • Error: Errors if any encountered during the execution of the export job are listed here
    • Email when: From the pre-defined list, select an option when an email is required to be generated
    • Email Group: From the drop-down list, select the email group to which an email is required to be sent, if the previous Email When attribute is to TRUE and an email is generated
    • Actions: To execute the icons in the ${Actions} column refer Generic Features.
