You can view the ${EnumList.Plural} or drop down lists in the application including its value and description based on the settings made in the Configuration > Enumerations tab.

You can also make changes to the ${EnumValue.Plural} on this tab and the change will be reflected on the Configuration > Enumerations tab as well as the drop-down lists in the application.

NOTE: Changes made to the display name for a Type on the Types tab are also reflected on this tab. 

The ${EnumValue.Plural} are displayed for each Enumeration in the Enumeration Switchboard table. To view the corresponding ${EnumValue.Plural}, in the Enumeration table, scroll down and click on the required Enumeration. The values for the selected Enumeration will be displayed in the Enumeration Switchboard table below.

How to define/edit a Display Name for the Enumeration Value  

1. From the Enumeration Table, click on the required Enumeration. The corresponding values will be displayed in the ${EnumValue.Plural} table.
2. Click on the cell in the Display ${Name} column and enter a new value.
3. For the change to be reflected in the Centric 8 application, select Tools > ${UpdateConfiguration}.
4. The change can be viewed on the Configuration > Enumeration tab as well as the relevant drop-down lists in the Centric 8 application.

 
EXAMPLE: 

1. In the Enumeration table, select SeasonStatus.
2. In the ${EnumValue.Plural} table, in the Display Name column, enter 'In Progress' for the Base Name specified as 'Active'.
3. To update configuration, from the main menu bar, select Actions >  ${UpdateConfiguration}
4. To verify the change, navigate to the Configuration > Enumeration tab OR the Status field on the Season > Hierarchy tab
