How to attach ${Document.Plural}
- In the ${Document.Plural} table, mouse-over ${Actions} and click on the ${New} ${Document.Name}
- A new row is created in the table. Enter the details for the editable (indicated by a grey triangle displayed in the right-hand bottom corner of the cell) in the ${Document.Plural} table.
- The following attributes are available in the Default view:
- Document: The document name which can be edited/updated
- Latest Revision: The auto generated revision number when you create a revision for the current document
- Revision Description: A brief description of the revision which can be edited/updated
- Rev Created: The details of the revision time and date are automatically populated from the system date when a document revision is created
- File: Click anywhere within the cell and select from the following two options:
- Browse Files
- Edit Comments
- Actions: Icons for Create a new revision based on the current revision, Approve, Delete etc are available in this column. For more details about the icons displayed in the ${Actions} column, refer Generic Features section.
You can ${Upload} a document to this table. To ${Upload} a document, click on the ${Upload} button. Browse and select the required document to be uploaded. The uploaded document is displayed in the table and you can edit the details for the editable cells.
NOTE: Alternatively, create a New Document row and then mouse-over the corresponding cell in the File attribute column and click on Browse Files link. In the File Upload dialog box, select the file to be uploaded and click on Open to upload the files.
SECTION: COMMENTS
How to enter ${Comment.Plural}
- To add a new comment, click on the ${New} ${Comment.Name} icon.
- In the ${New} ${Comment.Name} dialog box, enter the Subject and the ${Comment.Plural} and click on ${Save}
- The comment will now be displayed in the ${Comments.Plural} section.
- The following icons are available in the toolbar:
- Expand all comments
- Collapse all comments
- Refresh View
- Open Print Preview
- Export View to PDF
