On this tab,  you can view the Properties for a ${DataPackage.Name}. In the Data Sheets section, you can select one or more ${DataSheet.Plural} and in the Documents section, you can select one or more ${Document.Plural} for the same.

SECTION: DATA SHEETS

To select ${DataSheet.Plural}

  1. In the ${DataSheet.Plural} table, mouse-over ${Actions} and select Select ${DataSheet.Plural} . 
    NOTE: The ${Actions} menu provides the following three options:
  2. In the Select Data Sheets dialog box, select one or more ${DataSheet.Plural} and click on ${Save}.
  3. The selected data sheets are displayed in the table. Click on a data sheet to view the data sheet properties on the TDS tab.
    NOTE: To execute the icons in the ${Actions} column refer Generic Features.

SECTION: DOCUMENTS

Including documents in a data package is an effective way to send files to suppliers. The documents to support a Material Data Package may not be attached directly to the primary object but to related objects such as Colorways, ColorSpecs, Materials and Colored Materials. 

NOTE: The data package template provides an enhanced feature to automatically include documents from related objects if required.

When selecting documents to be added to a Data Package, the system will display documents from many paths from the primary object Material.

To select one or more ${Document.Plural}

  1. In the ${Document.Plural} table, mouse-over ${Actions} and select Select ${Document.Plural}
  2. In the Select Documents dialog box, select one or more ${Document.Plural} and click on Save.
  3. The selected documents are displayed in the table.
