On this tab, you can view and select one or more Shared Team that is listed in the Select Shared Team dialog box.

NOTE: One or more Shared Teams can be created on the Setup > User Management > Shared Teams tab.

How to create a Shared Team

  1. In the Shared Team column, mouse-over Actions and click on Select Shared Team.
  2. In the Shared Team dialog box, select one or more Shared Teams and click on Save.
  3. The shared team is displayed in the table.
  4. The ${Actions} column displays the Remove icon. To remove a Shared Team, click on the corresponding Remove icon in the ${Actions} column.

NOTE: Only those shared teams that have been created for the selected hierarchy will be displayed for selection. For example, when in the Season hierarchy node, shared teams that belong to this node alone will be displayed.

Users can create one or more custom views using the attributes list available in the Custom Views dialog box.
