You can define online ${Supplier.Plural} and ${Customer.Plural} and further assign limited access to data in Centric 8.

You can create Companies of the following types:

• ${Supplier.Name}
  
• ${Customer.Name}
  
• ${SalesDivision.Name}

How to define one or more Host ${CompanyInfo.Plural}

1. From the table toolbar, click on Actions and select the required option from the drop-down list.
2. The new Host ${CompanyInfo.Name} is displayed in the Company table.
3. Select the corresponding checkbox in the Active column to render this Host ${CompanyInfo.Name} visible and available in the Centric 8 application.
4. To define users for this Host ${CompanyInfo.Name}, click on the radio button adjacent to the Host ${CompanyInfo.Name}. 

NOTE: Depending on whether the Company type is Customer, Supplier or Sales Division, one or more sub-tabs will be displayed to specify the users, roles, security roles etc. 

Once you create one or more Companies of the types mentioned above, you can bring them Online and render them visible and available in Centric 8.

How to Bring ${Supplier.Name}, ${Customer.Name} or ${SalesDivision.Name}Online

1. In the table toolbar, click on Actions and select either Bring ${Supplier.Name} Online, Bring ${Customer.Name} Online or Bring ${SalesDivision.Name} Online.
2. In the respective dialog box, select one or more items and click on Save. 

For changes to be reflected within the C8 application , from the main menu bar, select Actions > Update Configuration.
