You can select ${Calendar.Name} activities from the ${MasterCalendar.Name}, at this level. 

How to create new from ${MasterCalendar.Name} 

• Mouse over ${Actions} 
• Click on the ${New} from ${MasterCalendar.Name} link in the Action pop-up box. 
• In the ${New} from ${MasterCalendar.Name} dialog box, select the ${MasterCalendar.Name} and click on ${Save}.

Note: The already selected ${MasterCalendar.Name} is not available for selection
