On this tab, you can view all the properties of the Hierarchy - Brand and define the next level of Hierarchy which is the ${Category2.Name}. 

You can edit the values for all the fields except:

NOTE: The above fields are populated automatically depending on the number of styles and colorways created for a Style. All editable fields are indicated with a grey triangle in the right bottom corner of the cell.

You have an option to either create a new Department or create a Department from existing ${Category2.Name} details.

How to create a new ${Category2.Name}

  1. In the Departments table, mouse-over ${Actions} and select ${New} ${Category2.Name}
  2. In the New Department... dialog box, enter the details and click on ${Save}.
     
    NOTE: If a hierarchy template has been created for the Department, then the Template field is displayed in the New Department dialog box. Selecting the template will populate the other fields with the corresponding set of values and will render then read-only. The values cannot be edited. However, if a hierarchy template is not available, then this field is not displayed and the user can enter details for the hierarchy item. The hierarchy item template can be created on the Home > Specification > Hierarchy tab.

How to create a new ${Category2.Name} from existing ${Category2.Name} details

  1. In the Departments table, mouse-over ${Actions} and select ${New} from ${Category2.Name}....
  2. All the available departments are displayed in the New From Department dialog box. Select one or more templates based on which you want to create a department. Enter the required details and click on Save.
  3. The departments are created and displayed in the Department table.  

NOTE: ONLY Department details for departments NOT created on the basis of a hierarchy item template can be edited.

To create one or more ${Collection.Plural}, click on a ${Category2.Name}.
