On this tab, you can view the Inspection Spec Data Sheets, which are available for a specific Style on the Style hierarchy > Specification > Specs tab.

NOTE: Only those Spec Data Sheets which are enabled for the attribute Inspection Relevant, are available on this tab.

NOTE: A new special inspection spec data sheet can be added to this tab, only when the selected Inspection is present in the Draft state.

How to add a New Special Spec Data Sheet

1. From the Inspection Spec Data Sheet column, mouse-over Actions, and then select New Special. A new row is created in the Inspection Spec Data Sheet table. 
2. In the Inspection Spec Data Sheet column, enter a name for the Inspection Spec Data Sheet.
   
3. Click on the created Inspection Spec Data Sheet to add Line Items to it.

The following attributes are displayed in the Default view:

• Inspection Spec Data Sheet: Displays the name of the Inspection Spec Data Sheet. 
• Subtype: Displays the subtype of the Spec Data Sheet.
• Revision Name: Displays the latest revision name of the Spec Data Sheet. 
• State: Displays the latest state of the Spec Data Sheet. 
• Actions: This column provides the Delete option, when the final inspection is present in the Draft state. For detailed information, refer to Generic Features.

NOTE: The blank cell option initiates no action.

NOTE: The editable fields are displayed with a grey triangle in the lower-right corner of the cell.

NOTE: The commented fields are displayed with a red triangle in the upper-right corner of the cell.

NOTE: A new special Spec Data Sheet can be created only when the related Inspection is present in the Draft state.

NOTE: Click on the Reset All option present on the table toolbar, to collect the latest information of an individual Spec Data Sheets. The Reset All option is enabled only in the Draft state of the Inspection.
